Join us this week for a run?? 🤞🤞 Tuesday - Join us this week for a run?? 🤞🤞 Tuesday - meet us at the East High School track at 6:30am for a speed workout! Thursday - meet us at the mouth of City Creek Canyon at 6:30am for a trail run! Saturday - Happy SLC Marathon Day!!! We might still host a run, route TBD Sunday - meet us at Highland High at 8:00am for a stroll followed by coffee at Sugar House Coffee!
Our April Fools’ Day fun run with @theslcproject Our April Fools’ Day fun run with @theslcproject was SO FUN!! 🤭 We started off with a prank from the leaders - both clubs were told to dress in different themes (colorful clothes for track club members and animals/creatures for project folks). For our warm up we ran the first block backwards, confusing the people sitting in rush hour traffic on West Temple. Everyone ran 10 whale laps to send thanks to the whale gods for the rain and possible snow (!!) this week. ALL HAIL 🙏🏻 And finally, the group ran SO FAST toward the finish line (Thieves Guild Cidery) Shout out to everyone who came out tn! It was a blast running and goofing with you 🫶🏻🌼🌸🌱
