Join us this week for a run?? 🤞🤞 🏃‍♀ Join us this week for a run?? 🤞🤞 🏃‍♀️ Tuesday - meet at East High at 6:00pm for a speed workout! ☀️ Thursday - meet at Popperton Park at 7:00am for a trail run! 🌳 Saturday - meet at the Liberty Park water fountains on the south east side for a shakeout run in preparation for LPER on November 1st! (sign up in the link in bio 👀) Stay for coffee at Picnic Coffee after the run! ☕️ Sunday - meet at the SHP garden center at 8:00am for a stroll and coffee at Sugar House Coffee! Mark your calendars for our annual Halloween bar crawl run on Wednesday October 29th!! Our theme this year is the 9th and 9th whale 🐳 Dress in any color of the whale (or dress as the whale if you’re feeling ambitious!!) Route: Whale -> Kiitos in Sugarhouse -> RoHa -> Fisher (Note that this is a one-way route. We suggest planning your own way back, whether it be Uber/Lyft, a DD, or biking/running) See you there 🎃😄
THIS TUESDAY!! In place of our normal track workou THIS TUESDAY!! In place of our normal track workout, we will be joining @saltystarrunclub for a track meet at East High. You can expect asics shoe demos, raffle prizes, and good competition 😎 We will warm up together at 6:00pm and begin races at 6:30pm. Register for the track meet using the QR code on the third photo, or follow the link in @saltystarrunclub bio.

The Salt Lake City Track Club is dedicated to promoting the welfare of the Salt Lake running community. Our mission is threefold: provide social running opportunities runners interested in running a variety of distances, give back to the running community through donations and volunteerism, and organize several state-of-the-art road races every winter.
