Supported Long Run -Parking NE of Capitol in Upper lot
8 AM (one start time this week!) 15 mile out and back with SAG support; Host: Ryan. Route: Capital through the Aves, across the U, through Research Park, to Hogel Zoo, then a climb up Kennedy Dr (affectionally known as Mt Kennedy) before heading back.
