Join runners training for the DesNews Half Marathon and Full Marathon, Salt Lake City Track Clubbers and Race Series Runners for a supported run up and down Emigration Canyon!

6:00 AM Meet at Rotary Glen and start up the canyon
7:00 AM Meet at Pinecrest (six miles from Rotary Glen)
We will go up all the way to the top of Little Mountain and over the top. Drop down to Little Dell Reservoir and climb back up. Water and Gatorade every 2 to 3 miles. No need to carry your gear the support vehicle can take anything you need and have it available for you at the water stops.
