Sat 29th Jul 6:00 am 9:00 am | Capitol, City Creek and Avenues 6:00AM for 6 miles 7:00AM for 6 miles The early start at 6:00 AM will do an out and back from the Capitol up City Creek. We will meet the 7:00 AM runners back at the Capitol and run along 11th Ave towards Popperton Park. Turn down Virgina Street and head back West towards the Capitol on 4th Ave, jump up to 7th Ave after the cemetery and cruise down to Memory Grove. Climb the stairs back up to the Capitol to finish. Wear your light duty trail shoes if you have them. The gravel road is well maintained but you might like more traction where the gravel is loose.
